World Mental Health Day

WMHD takes place on Friday 10th October 2025. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health.

Mental Health UK’s theme for World Mental Health Day 2025 is: Good mental health isn’t a constant.

This year, Mental Health UK want to reflect the unique challenges and uncertainties many of us are navigating. It’s their way of acknowledging the pressures of the current times, while highlighting the importance of mental health and wellbeing.

Everyone goes through difficult times, and today more than ever, people are facing increasing pressure.

Poor mental health can affect anyone, and is often linked to experiences like trauma, money worries, or stress. Trauma can take many shapes, and its impact feels different for everyone, making every experience unique and personal.
