New online council tax service for staff living in the Vale

Staff who live in the Vale are being invited to sign-up for E-billing, a new service which allows residents to view their council tax, benefits or business rates online. 

The service digitalises this information, making it easier to access and also benefits the environment. 

The service is cost efficient as it reduces printing, postage and administrative costs, freeing up resources for frontline services. 

It also minimises manual processing, lowering the risk of errors and delays, while less paper usage and carbon emissions mean it’s greener, which furthers the Council’s Project Zero target to become carbon neutral by 2030. 

E-billing provides instant access to bills and payment history anytime, anywhere. Bills can also be printed without the need to contact the relevant Council department. 

To start using E-billing, visit Council’s website, search for Online Services and click Register for an account, or click this link Online Services.
