Danielle Loughman Aces London Marathon

Congratulations to Danielle Loughman, Assistant Engineer in Highways, who successfully completed the London Marathon in an impressive time of 5 hours and 14 minutes.

Danielle had originally planned to take part last year but deferred her place due to injury. After months of recovery and training, she returned this year fit, focused and ready to take on the challenge.

Wendy Smith, who works with Danielle, praised her achievement and dedication:

“I completed the London Marathon in 2015, so I felt like I have been through the journey with her, all the training and the race.

“We are all so proud of you Danielle, such an amazing achievement which will be a memory that will be with you forever.”
