Support for Disabled Children, Young People and their Families

The Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children (Wales) Regulations 2012 requires each Local Authority to produce a short break services statement. The Vale of Glamorgan statement provides parents and carers with information about short breaks for disabled children and young people in the Vale and provides information about:

• Who can access short breaks
• How short breaks meet the needs of disabled children, young people and their families
• The range of short breaks currently available
