Food Waste Bag Delivery Delays

From Monday 11 June we started delivering the annual supply of food waste bags (3 rolls per household).

Delivery began for areas under week 1 of the recycling calendar.

Unfortunately, there will be a delay in the delivery to households still awaiting their allocation. This is due to a delay in the delivery of the second batch of bags from the supplier.

Due to this unforeseen delay, delivery to the remaining households will be suspended until week commencing 02 July. From this date, we will resume delivery to households under week 2 of the recycling calendar.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to ask for your patience whilst we await the delivery of more food waste bags.

When we resume with the delivery, please leave your caddy kerbside following collection to indicate to us that you are yet to receive your allocation.

If you are unsure of your area on the calendar please enter your postcode in the box below for confirmation. If you have not received your allocation of food waste bags by 09 July, please contact C1V.
