Essential Maintenance to Online Booking System

The online booking system will be unavailable due to essential maintenance from 4pm on Thursday 23 July.

During this time, the following bookings will be unavailable:

• Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs)
• Bulky Household Waste Collections
• Barry Island Beach Huts

Customer service representatives will also be unable to make bookings on your behalf during this period, so please do not call to arrange an appointment.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Many of our services are available online, making it quicker and easier to find information or complete your request at a time that suits you.

Our online forms are often the fastest way to get help, as your enquiry goes straight to the service without needing to wait for your call to be answered.
