Public Opinion Survey

Every two years the Vale of Glamorgan Council undertakes its largest consultation exercise; the Public Opinion Survey.

The Council commissions an independent market research agency to survey around 1,000 residents of the Vale of Glamorgan to investigate how they rate the services that we provide. 

The survey is conducted using a representative sample of Vale residents and so represents the most accurate information that we hold on what our residents think of the work that we do.

We are committed to responding to the views of our residents. This is why senior officers and elected members work closely together to develop action plans to address any areas where residents are dissatisfied with what we do.
