A&C Fair Main PosterA designated quiet hour will run from 1:00pm to 2:00pm to support neurodivergent individuals who may find busy or noisy environments challenging. The event is free, drop-in, and open to all ages, with no booking required.

More than 50 employers and organisations are confirmed to attend, including Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cardiff and Vale College, Welsh Government, Admiral, South Wales Police, and many more.

Attendees will be able to speak directly with employers, take part in short workshops, explore course activities delivered by Cardiff and Vale College, and use an ‘Apply on the Day’ station to take immediate next steps.

Cllr Rhiannon Birch, Cabinet Member for Education, Arts and the Welsh Language, said: “Events like this play a vital role in bringing education providers, employers and communities together to help more residents discover a wealth of employment and training opportunities. By creating an inclusive, accessible space, we are helping people of all ages explore their options, gain confidence, and take positive steps towards their future.”
