Social Care Workforce Development Programme (SCWDP)
The Social Care Workforce Development Programme provides a comprehensive training and development programme in partnership with social care providers in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Access to the development programme is via the Vale’s learning management system called iDev. If you are a Vale care provider and do not have access to iDev please email the Social Care Workforce Development team

Courses are provided free of charge to Vale care providers, although places are limited to 2 per event. Staff are expected to attend for the full duration of the training otherwise they will not be issued with an attendance certificate.
