    • All Meetings commence at 4.00p.m. 
    • Will be held on a HYBRID basis unless otherwise stated.
    • Items of a confidential or exempt nature to be discussed are not open to the public and will be clearly indicated on the agenda.
  •  How to view a meeting

    Meetings of the Vale of Glamorgan Council are livestreamed and recorded, except where Part II matters are wholly or in part being considered. You can watch meetings and recordings on our Youtube channel.

    Anyone wishing to attend the Civic Offices to access / attend a remote meeting are requested to contact democratic@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk no later than one working day before the date of the meeting.

  •  How residents can get involved in Scrutiny meetings

     There are a number of ways to get involved in Scrutiny meetings, including:

     

    Register to Speak at a Scrutiny Committee about an agenda item

     

    Sending written comments ahead of the meeting to democratic@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk

     

    If you think Scrutiny Committees should be considering a different topic that is not included on their agenda, please submit:
