  1. To note the attendance of the following Members at the sites indicated below on 8th February, 2018.

  1. The site Inspection had been recommended by the Head of Regeneration and Planning.

  1. Apologies for all site visits were received from Councillors L. Burnett, Mrs. C.A. Cave, Mrs. P. Drake, V.P. Driscoll (Vice-Chairman), P.G. King, Mrs. M.R. Wilkinson and E. Williams.
