Part 1: Includes our improvement objectives for the coming year and these reflect the issues that are important locally. They were informed by our Corporate Plan, assessment of service performance data, our annual service planning processes, customer feedback and reports from our external regulators. Part 1 is presented as the Council’s Annual Delivery Plan.
Part 2: Looks back at what the Council has achieved over the previous year. It reports our progress in achieving the improvement objectives we set ourselves in the previous year in our forward looking plan.
