• Use Natural Resources Wales website for further information on Preparing for a flood

• You can sign up to receive free NRW Flood Warnings

• You can Check your local council social media

• Tune into your local radio station for updates

• National Flood Forum Blue Pages for flood protection products

• For gas and electricity advice find your supplier and inform them if you need priority services

• Call Mind Cymru if you need to talk to someone about how flooding is affecting your mental health

• Shelter Cymru can provide free, independent and housing advice

• British Red Cross can provide support to people after a crisis.

• The Financial Ombudsman Service settles individual disputes between consumers and businesses that provide financial services
