Facilitate monthly meetings that provides a safe space where young girls can share their thoughts, concerns, views, and opinions freely through open discussions.

Empower young people to take action.

Support the young people to tackle gender-based issues within their schools and community in an appropriate way.

Provide a non-formal learning opportunity to expand skills and knowledge offering the possibility to receive accredited training.

Encourage schools and professionals within the community to support the work and campaigns of Her Voice Wales.
Her Voice Wales members have undertaken a campaign called #WeDontFeelSafe, which aimed to highlight how safe young people felt in the Vale of Glamorgan.
As part of their campaign, they have championed the Safe Places schemes to see local business sign up to become safe places.
Her Voice Wales members have also created posters to raise awareness of the reporting process of sexual harassment and catcalling.
