We’re looking forward to bringing you a range of new digital services and in the meantime, there are some changes to some of our services temporarily.

Paying Your Rent

You can pay rent as usual — online, by phone, or at the Civic Offices.
You should have received a new payment reference number by post. If you haven't received it, or need help paying online, please email incomeassistantsinhousing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk or call 01446 709511 or 512/513/514.

Homes4U and Property Bids

Homes4U adverts are back to running weekly.
We’re working on a new online bidding system as part of our upcoming housing portal. For now, please check the latest advert on our Homes4U page and follow the instructions to bid.

Rent Statements

Rent statements are available on request. Please email incomeassistantsinhousing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk or call 01446 709511 or 512/513/514
Your current rent account balance will also show when you make a payment online

Online Portal

We’re building a new online system that will make things easier — from requesting repairs to viewing property details and bidding online. The old Housing Portal has now been retired, and we’ll share details of the new version as soon as it’s ready.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. These improvements will make it simpler and faster for you to manage your housing needs in the future.
