Community Catalysts is a programme delivered in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council that helps local people turn community ideas into reality. The initiative supports residents to develop and run community micro-enterprises - small, locally based services, activities and groups that meet local needs, such as wellbeing activities, social clubs, arts and crafts groups, exercise classes and personalised support services.
