Important Service Update

We’re updating the computer system we use to manage our housing services. We’re doing this to make it simpler to work with us. Between 9 – 24 November some housing services will be limited whilst our teams are busy setting up the new system.

Using the portal will:

Save you time i.e no waiting in queues to speak to someone whether in person or on the phone
Allow you to carry out common tasks at a time convenient for you
Provide easy access to a host of personalised features
Allow you to view your rent balance, recent transactions and pay your rent
View or amend a current housing application
Report any housing management issues e.g littering, noise issues
Send us a message about another issue.

If you are using the portal for the first time you will need to request an account. We will then be in touch to give you your login details.
