    • Items of a confidential or exempt nature to be discussed are not open to the public and will be clearly indicated on the agenda.

    Meetings of the Vale of Glamorgan Council are livestreamed and recorded, except where Part II matters are wholly or in part being considered. You can watch meetings and recordings on our Youtube channel

    Anyone wishing to attend the Civic Offices to access / attend a remote meeting are requested to contact democratic@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk no later than one working day before the date of the meeting.

  •  Council Motions Tracker

     

    A council motion is a formal, written proposal submitted by a councillor to a Full Council meeting, requesting that the council debate and vote on taking a specific action, adopting a policy, or declaring a stance on an issue. To view progress against Motions agreed by the Council during the year, please see the Council Motion Tracker.
